If I go to Campaigns, the list page URL is a pq.is URL for all of them. I changed all of these to my own domain last week, go.marketingwithdave.com. If I click to view any of these links, all if well so some kind of refresh is needed.

I have updated the campaign feature so that you can edit a campaign and select your own domain.
