I think the two biggest things you let us control are Campaigns and Channels. If I use Channels with the utm_channel this is data that can be exported, and for me, this works. However, I don’t see any existing dashboard/statistics/data export that allows me to see my link data by Channel. This would be valuable.
My use case is exporting this CSV file and using Tableau to show me clicks by month by channel and campaign.

I am not sure if I really understood your question. Can you kindly elaborate with more details or examples?
Is this what you mean:
You are pointing out that while you can
- Assign links to Channels
- Use UTM parameters
You cannot:
- View a dashboard showing stats broken down by Channel
- Export data that includes Channel information for each link/click
Like a CSV export that includes columns like
- Link/URL
- Channel name
- Campaign name
- Clicks
- Date
- etc.
Or, you can explain what did you mean by your question.
Yes, sorry Milad. I was trying to provide more detail but I think I just was causing confusion. Ultimately, if Channel data was one of the export columns, that would work.
