How to create a CTA message?

A CTA (Call to Action) message is a small, persuasive pop-up that prompts users to take action, like visiting a product page or completing a specific task.

You can customize the CTA message to align with your brand or campaign and easily embed it on your destination website.

Steps to create a CTA message:

Step 1: Name your CTA

  • Choose a name for your CTA. This is only for your reference and won’t be visible to visitors.

Step 2: Upload a logo or image

  • Use a square logo (maximum size: 100×100) to prevent distortion.
Ensure the file name has no spaces (e.g., “custom-image-name.png”).
To remove an image, click the upload field and cancel it.

Step 3: Write your custom message

  • Keep your message under 140 characters to ensure it fits within the pop-up.

Step 4: Add an overlay label

  • This is optional. If used, it should be 5 to 7 characters long. Leave it empty to disable.

Step 5: Enter your destination link

  • Provide the URL where you want users to be directed.

Step 6: Enter call-to-action (CTA) text

  • Write compelling text for the button that encourages users to click.

Step 7: Customize appearance

  • Choose colors for each part of the overlay to match your branding.

Step 8: Choose overlay position

  • Select where the pop-up will appear: bottom left, bottom right, top left, or top right.

Step 9: Click the Create button

  • Once everything is set, click Create to finalize your CTA message.

This clear and simple process allows you to create a professional, branded CTA message that engages users and directs them to your desired action.
