Steps to create a newsletter popup:

Step 1: Name your CTA

• This name is for your reference only and won’t be visible to visitors.

Step 2: Add a form label

• Examples include “Join our newsletter” or “Get marketing tips in your inbox.” Leave this field empty to disable the label.

Step 3: (Optional) Write a short description

• Briefly explain why users should subscribe, such as “Stay updated with the latest trends.” Leave it empty if not needed.

Step 4: (Optional) Add a thank-you message

• A message like “Thank you for subscribing!” can show appreciation after sign-up. Leave blank to disable it.

Step 5: (Optional) Customize text labels

• You can change the text to suit your language preferences.

Step 6: Customize the appearance

• Adjust colors to match your brand and design preferences.

Step 7: Choose the overlay position

• Select if the overlay should appear at the bottom left or right, or the top left or right.

Step 8: (Optional) Add a webhook notification URL

You can easily access and download the email addresses of people who signed up through your CTA newsletter within the same CTA newsletter.

For example, if you’ve created a newsletter overlay and received sign-ups but are unsure where to find the collected emails, follow these steps:

1. Login to your Linko account.

2. Go to the CTA overlay section in your dashboard.

3. Find the specific overlay (e.g., newsletter overlay) for which you want to view the data.

4. Click on the three dots " ⋯ " next to that overlay and click Edit.

   

5. You’ll see the collected data, including emails, on the right side, below the overlay preview section.
