How to create a CTA contact?

A CTA (Call to Action) contact is a clickable form, similar to a live chat popup, allowing users to easily contact you via email.

This promotes direct communication and engagement. At Linko, the CTA Contact form collects user information, such as their name, email, and message, and sends it to you via email or webhook.

Steps to create a contact form popup:

Step 1: Name your CTA

  • Choose a name for your CTA. This is for your reference and won’t be visible to visitors.

Step 2: Set up an email address

  • Provide an active and reachable email address where you’ll receive user messages.

Step 3: Write the subject line

  • Create a subject line that helps you identify where the message came from.

Step 4: Add a form label

  • You can add a label like “Need help?”, “Get in Touch!”, or “Contact us.” Leave this blank to disable the label.

Step 5: (Optional) Add a short description

  • Include a brief description explaining why users should contact you. Leave this blank if not needed.

Step 6: (Optional) Write a thank-you message

  • Create a thank-you message, such as “Thank you. We will respond to you ASAP.” Leave this blank if not necessary.

Step 7: (Optional) Customize text labels

  • If needed, customize the text labels in your preferred language to better connect with your audience.

Step 8: Customize the appearance

  • Personalize the colors and look of the CTA to match your brand.

Step 9: Choose overlay position

  • Select the position of the popup (bottom left, bottom right, top left, or top right).

Step 10: (Optional) Add a webhook notification URL

  • If you’d like to receive notifications via webhook, add your app’s URL handler. You’ll receive both email and webhook notifications for form submissions.

Step 11: Click the Create button

  • Once everything is set up, click Create to activate your contact form.

This will create a fully customized contact form that enables easy communication between you and your users, enhancing engagement and support.
